Tendan's yakiniku is served with a clear golden broth.This beef bone-based sauce seals in the juices and contains plenty of stock, bringing out the full flavor of the beef.Pour a generous amount of sauce into the bowl and coat the meat thoroughly.Please start with Tendan's proud "loin".We also offer flavorful sauce, sweet sauce, and ponzu sauce.
