Tendan's yakiniku is served in a clear, golden broth.This beef bone-based sauce locks in the meat juices and contains plenty of stock, bringing out the full flavor of the beef.Pour a generous amount of sauce into the bowl and coat the meat thoroughly.First, try it with Tendan's proud "loin".We also offer flavorful sauce, sweet sauce, and ponzu sauce.
